Gentile Signor Questore,
si è svolta in data odierna la visita conoscitiva del medico competente under DL n.81/2008 and safety of workers represented by the PS Commissioner of Olbia.

Nel 90% degli uffici utilizzati quotidianamente dal personale è assente qualsiasi tipo di impianto di riscaldamento, alcuni invece sono dotati esclusivamente di condizionatori di aria fredda.
Al piano terra vi sono le porte laterali, che dovrebbero servire da uscite d’emergenza, completamente bloccate da scarti di magazzino (vecchi computer, scatoloni, etc) per cui impossibili da aprire.
Nel seminterrato che ospita quel che dovrebbe essere il garage auto, sono situati: l’ufficio automezzi che risulta assolutamente invivibile per microclima, illuminazione e requisiti igienici; l’ufficio reperti, praticamente uno spazio angusto, senza illuminazione né finestre.
Una nota a parte merita la recinzione dello stabile che allo stato attuale non appare di alcuna utilità, essendo logora e, in alcuni punti, strappata. E’ opportuno far presente che il personale addetto alla vigilanza della caserma, posto al piano terra, non può in alcun modo gestire l’apertura e la chiusura automatica del cancello d’ingresso, né ha a disposizione monitor in quantità tale da permettere una visione su tutti gli angoli e gli accessi del commissariato. E’ facile rilevare come soprattutto nelle ore notturne questi dettagli siano di fondamentale rilevanza ai fini della sicurezza.
